I am an out-of-network (OON) provider, but I am able to provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please reach out to your insurance company directly to learn about your specific out-of-network benefits.

Session frequency is based on your individual needs, goals, and availability. Most clients start out meeting weekly, and many eventually decide to transition to biweekly sessions. Monthly maintenance sessions are also available when appropriate. Your session frequency can be discussed and adjusted as needed.
All sessions begin on the hour and are scheduled for 50 minutes. There is a 10-minute buffer between sessions to ensure sessions begin on time.
