Who do you work with?

I work with women all over Georgia who are feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, and perfectionism. Many of my clients identify as people-pleasers and struggle to prioritize themselves. I also specialize in supporting women who are chronically ill.

Can I use my insurance?

I'm an out-of-network (OON) provider, but I'm able to provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please reach out to your insurance company directly to learn about your specific out-of-network benefits.

What is the cost per session?

20-Minute Curiosity Call - Free

Regular Session - $135

Reduced-Fee Session - $85

*I maintain several reduced fee spots on my caseload for clients experiencing financial hardship. Reduced fee spots are currently available as needed.

How often would I have sessions?

Session frequency is based on your individual needs, goals, and availability. Most clients start out meeting weekly, and many eventually decide to transition to every other week. Monthly maintenance sessions are also available when appropriate. Your session frequency can always be discussed and adjusted as needed.

How long are sessions?

All sessions begin on the hour and are scheduled for 50 minutes. There is a 10-minute buffer between sessions to ensure sessions begin on time.
