Who do you work with?

I work with women throughout Georgia who are feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, perfectionism, or challenges in their relationships. Many of my clients are self-described people-pleasers who have difficulty prioritizing themselves and setting boundaries. I also specialize in supporting women who are chronically ill.

I work with women of all abilities, ages, races, and sexual orientations. I fully welcome and celebrate women with diverse, intersecting identities.

Can I use my insurance?

Yes! I do accept some insurance plans. I currently accept Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, and United.

*If I don't accept your particular insurance, I can provide you with superbills for potential reimbursement. Please reach out to your insurance company to learn more.

What are your self-pay rates?

15-Minute Phone Consult - Free

Self-Pay Regular - $135

Self-Pay Reduced - $85

*I maintain several reduced fee spots on my caseload for self-pay clients experiencing financial hardship. Reduced fee spots are currently available as needed.

How often would I have sessions?

Session frequency is based on your individual needs, goals, and availability. Most clients start out meeting weekly, and many eventually decide to transition to every other week. Your session frequency can always be discussed and adjusted as needed.
